Our team will provide trained personnel to ensure the event attendees receive medical attention from either the activities that are happening at the event or from normal day to day injuries! Our team provides the gear and the reporting for your event, all you need to do is fill out a Medical Coverage Form which can be accessed below!

To request Medical Coverage for your event, simply download the PDF and complete the form.
